Welcome to Jason Martin’s official Website.

Jason is a San Diego based solo guitarist. Artists and genres that Jason has experience with range from Classic Americana, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, Guns N’ Roses, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Led Zepplin, Robert Johnson as well as a selection of pop music such as Jason Mraz, Lady GaGa, John Mayer and Journey. He even has familiarity with country music, if that is what the audience want.

Although trained in standard teaching methods, he has developed his own method of teaching to positively enhance the student’s strength, dexterity, ear-training, memorization and techniques.

He instructs students, ages 5 to 85 years old, in music theory, guitar, bass guitar and acoustic guitar.

He is very engaged in the community and his music is played in the local radio. His work is featured in Guitar World, on Nimbit, ReverbNation, SoundExchange and Music Online Alive.
